Arizona Yacht Club members are urged to register now for the 2014 Governor's Cup Regatta, scheduled for two laps around Lake Pleasant. It starts Saturday morning, Dec. 6. The first boat will be signaled to start at 11 am. The actual start time will depend on one's PHRF rating, with all competitors rated to finish at exactly the same time.
