    OLYMPIA - The Washington Fish and Wildlife Commission will consider amending state wildlife interaction rules during a public meeting Oct. 4 in Olympia. Those rules include conditions that allow ranchers and farmers to take lethal action to protect livestock from predators, as well as for compensation for the loss of livestock killed by predators.     PHOENIX, Ariz. – The Arizona State Forester today released the Yarnell Hill Fire Serious Accident Investigation Report, which analyzes the circumstances leading to the June 30 entrapment and deaths of 19 firefighters of the Granite Mountain Interagency Hotshot Crew.     Since the Federal Government closed today (October 1, 2013) there are many Federal campgrounds that will close across Arizona.
