    The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary offers two courses that may qualify for insurance company discounts that are designed to enhance skills and knowledge for the recreational boat operator as well as personal watercraft, canoe and kayakers.     SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The Department of Boating and Waterways (DBW) announces the 14th Annual Life Jacket Trade-In. Events will be held at 30 locations across the state on May 24 and 25.
