The City of Tempe and Arizona Game and Fish Department hosted the annual Welcome Back the Trout Celebration Tuesday, Nov. 25 at the SRP Tempe Town Lake Marina.     TTL TO BE CLOSED -- Replacing the current inflated rubber Tempe Town Lake dam with concrete and steel will shut down the lake - probably next spring - for a period the city estimates will be more than one month.     Cooler temperatures have finally come back, which means it's time to switch to trout stocking. The week of Nov. 2 included our final catfish stockings for the season.
