    Kurt R. Davis is the new chairman of the Arizona Game and Fish Commission. Davis will lead the five-member commission for the 2015-16 fiscal year, which began July 1.     Grand Canyon, Ariz. –Starting July 1st, Grand Canyon National Park’s Trail Crew will begin repairs to the trail and staircase between the train depot and the El Tovar Hotel.
