OLYMPIA - The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) is seeking applicants for a five-member advisory board that will help develop a commercial seine fishery on the lower Columbia River. Lake level is slowly rising, but that is not as important as the rise in water temperature. During May the surface temperature was consistently in the 60s, which was great for bass fishing.
