Times Spent Outdoors: Priceless!

Compact Air-Dryr Tackles Moisture Problems

Damp outdoor conditions take a toll on the inside of RVs and boats and, making mold, mildew and corrosion problems inevitable. Such challenges are easily controlled with Davis Instruments' Air-Dryr, which works with heat and natural convection to keep indoor air dry.

Air-Dryr tackles moisture by drawing in cool, damp air through its bottom panel. Once the air is heated to the point that moisture is held in suspension, it's released through the perforated top surface. Air-Dryr has no moving parts to break down, and is designed to fight moisture problems 24 hours a day. The UL-listed unit runs off 110/120V power and draws no more energy than a light bulb.

Air –Dryr keeps RVs or trailers free of dampness and chilly drafts.

Compact enough even for confined spaces, Air-Dryr is also ideal for boat cabins, bilges, engine rooms or v-berths. Unlike noisy fan-operated dehumidifiers, Air-Dryr is completely silent and has no cumbersome tank to empty. If air flow becomes impeded, a thermal cutoff automatically shuts the unit off.

The rectangular Air-Dryr 500 effectively handles up to 500 cu. ft. of space, measures 14" L x 5" W x 4.5" H, draws only 0.6 amps, 70W and retails for $59.99. The circular Air-Dryr 1000, for larger spaces up to 1,000 cu. ft., measures 13.5" in diameter and 4.25" H, draws only 1.1 amps, 130W and costs $69.99.
