Times Spent Outdoors: Priceless!
Sportsmen's Expo and Arizona Boat Show® announce move to larger local facility.
Arizona's largest fishing, hunting, boating and travel consumer show, the International Sportsmen's Exposition and Arizona Boat Show®, has announced it will be moving from Glendale to the 386-acre WestWorld Facility in Scottsdale, Ariz.
Beginning in the spring of 2016, the 16th annual ISE will utilize WestWorld's North Hall and Multiuse Tent, plus outside space. Show dates will be March 10-13, 2016.
"As evidenced by record attendance at our just-completed 2015 event, we have grown our show to the point that we no longer have adequate room for all our displays in the current location," said Brian Layng, ISE CEO and president.
"We are excited to have secured a long-term commitment at WestWorld during the peak visitor season in March."
Layng said that momentum generated by ISE 2015's success, combined with expanded space should produce significant growth in exhibitor and attendance totals for the 2016 ISE premiere at WestWorld in Scottsdale.
"We expect more than 400 exhibiting companies spotlighting adventure travel destinations in Alaska, Canada and throughout the West," said Layng. The event will also feature Phoenix's top marine dealers and lines of sport, pleasure and fishing boats.
"WestWorld's vast indoor and outdoor space will allow us to present the largest display of boats, UTVs, ATVs, trucks, campers and RVs that the show has offered since it was founded in 2000," said Layng.
Excellent Location
Just one minute off the 101 Freeway, Westworld is close to the high-income areas of Scottsdale/Paradise Valley and within easy reach of Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler and Tempe. Short drive times, convenience and virtually unlimited parking make WestWorld an ideal new location for the Scottsdale International Sportsmen's Exposition and Arizona Boat Show.
Room to Grow
In 2014 WestWorld opened its state-of-the art, 120,000-sq.–ft., climate-controlled Exhibition Building. An adjacent 120,000-sq.-ft.Tent Facility brings the total available space to 240,000 sq. ft. The additional space allows ISE to grow several categories, including boats, RVs and powersports vehicles.
Scottsdale
Supportive of tourism and events, Scottsdale emphasizes sports, western history, equestrian riding and outdoor activities. World-class resorts and restaurants help Scottsdale attract more than six million out-of-state visitors each year.

WestWorld's new state-of-the-art facility is currently home to some of the largest and most-popular consumer events in the Southwest, including Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction, Goodguys Spring Nationals car show, and the Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show.
