The Arizona Senior Olympics (ASO) is a program of the Arizona Lifelong Fitness Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting fitness programs and activities that will keep the person in the second half of life physically, mentally and socially active and fit. ASO is Arizona's leader in senior fitness, and their mission is "Fitness after 50," regardless of whether you are just beginning or you have been active all your life. The 2018 Arizona Senior Olympic Games are a qualifier for the 2019 National Senior Games to be held June 14-25, in

Albuquerque, NM. This is limited, of course, to sports, which are conducted nationally.

Shooting sports are not among National competitions. ASO is also looking for volunteers to assist with each of its sports offerings and workshops, so for those whom might be timid about competing (or too young), you will be welcome to help in other ways. Follow ASO on Facebook and Twitter.
