Newport Beach, Calif.
In addition to the beautiful boats sailing through the harbor, all waterfront homes, businesses and yacht clubs are encouraged to participate in the "Ring of Lights." In past years, many homes, businesses and yacht clubs have gone to great extents to decorate their properties and add to the festive feel of the boat parade.
Hosted by the Commodores Club of the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce, all homes, businesses, and yacht clubs lining the harbor are invited to enter. With its own judged categories and prizes awarded, the Ring of Lights has become as celebrated as the boat parade itself. In addition for the chance to win an award, registrants have a chance to appear in the live broadcast of the parade.
For specific entry questions, please call the Chamber at (949) 729-4400. Entry fee is $35.

The 54th Annual San Diego Bay Parade of Lights announces its theme: PEACE ON EARTH. The San Diego Bay Parade of Lights is a time-honored holiday tradition brought to San Diego by the boating community.
